SAME DAY CANCELLATION

Each client is allowed to cancel or reschedule a maximum of 1 of any booking. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment time. If you cancel on the day of your appointment, you will be charged your deposit or down payment. 

If you are not at your provided location at your scheduled time of service, we will wait 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time before declaring a no-show. Once your appointment has been declared a no show, you will be charged your deposit or down payment 

 If you’re running late, call or text us. By contacting us, you let us know to expect you at a different time, allowing us to better prepare and make any arrangements regarding the appointment before yours and after. There is no late fee, but after 15 minutes, you will be charged your deposit or down payment.

There are NO REFUNDS for services AFTER they are provided. If you are scheduled for an IV Therapy and on arrival we are unable to secure an IV line, your full deposit/payment will be refunded. In the event that we are unable to fulfill your appointment, your full deposit/payment will be refunded.

Drip with Gee collects personal information such as name, phone number, email address, and other information necessary to provide our services. This information is used for appointment scheduling, service updates, follow-up communication, and limited promotional messaging if consent is provided. Mobile information will not be shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
